Sylvanas Windrunner, also known as 'Banshee Queen' or 'Dark Ranger'.
Warcraft History:
Sylvanas Windrunner was a beautiful highelf woman and leader of the defending forces of Quel'thalas. She was successful in delaying the siege of Arthas Menethil and his great undead army, who wanted to revive Kel'thuzad in the Sunwell - the main energysource for the highelves. Although Sylvanas' army was numeral inferoir against the huge waves of living dead, she managed it to defend her home and even pushing back the powerful deathknight. But it was useless. After a small number of weeks the last gate of Quel'thalas has been destroyed and Kel'thuzad was revived as a powerful lich.
But Arthas wasn't done yet. As a punishment for her long resistance, Arthas killed sylvanas and raised her from death again. Now she was forced to follow the issues of her murderer and tormentor.
About the picture:
It was a very hard task to manage the high number of different 'dark' tones. It's the first time that I had the heart to use so much dark in a picture, and I guess I did the shading well so I can be a bit proud of it.
The picture at all represents Sylvanas, who laments her sister Alleria. Sylvanas got a small amulet from Alleria long time ago, and now, she found it again in the 'Ghostlands'. Now she cries away her pain because she remembers at her dead sister...
The hardest task was to draw Sylvanas in a crying, but sexy way. "It's like at funerals ... everyone want to do sex"
I thought that even the strongest and most confident woman may get warmth in cold times, may lay down her responsibility and devote herself to a also strong man, who cares about her - maybe for a long time or maybe just for few moments.
